Due to growth, certain persons with the most complaints (so far) have their own dedicated page, while some are on the "Schools" or "Others" page on the menu above. Lawyers are fair game also, but we don't post any personal attacks.

I come across people all the time talking about what these protected positions of power have done to them or their families! And I've often helped them myself, since they won't help unless you're part of the "club". We will share your story here anonymously unless you want your name displayed, so you can be heard!

This is not an anti-law enforcement site. Most are good people. It is an anti-bullying and equal protection under the law site as defined by the Fourteenth Amendment of our constitution. "nor shall any State ... deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Have a positive story about someone that went above and beyond? (Not helping change a tire for optics, truly caring and a good person) Send those in as well, we love to hear about the good ones!

This site is owned by Wesley Collins, Owner, KY Whitetail Land Co, (dba). From humble beginnings, I became previously a Professional Engineer in two disciplines, and worked in the power industry across multiple states. I've also litigated many cases over the years, jury trials, appeals, etc. I have never experienced anything like the Bullying and Disregard for the Law as here in Central KY. I am Asperger's/(High Functioning Autistic), and we have several stories now from Autistic kids or their parents being Bullied, falsely charged, etc. It seems like a common theme that if anyone is different in any way....go make up some charges, "teach them a lesson". I bend over backwards to help good people anytime I can. This led to a federal lawsuit I filed some years ago about as soon as I moved to Hart Co, due to the obvious selectively applied law (or lack thereof) here in Hart County. Most of my cases have been related to land law across multiple counties. It's jaw dropping what they get away with. Tell what they've done to you!
